On Monday, January 20, 2025, President Donald J. Trump was sworn in as the 47th President of the United States. This particular inauguration proved to be a historic moment, as it was the first time since 1893 that a former U.S. president returned to the White House for a non-consecutive second term.
With all this in mind, it was only fitting to host a celebration at Decision Tactical! When Central Florida’s 105.9 Sunny FM radio station reached out to us to reserve our customizable Event Space and Rec Room for an Inauguration Watch Party, we were thrilled to have an opportunity to support both our country and the local community. We opened the event to the public, making fantastic use of our full-service sports bar and armory lounge area. With over 40 TVs across the property and multiple large projectors, we were able to transform our facilities into the perfect spot to witness the ceremony!
On the morning of the inauguration, it was clear that this would be a historic event not only for the United States but for Decision Tactical too! Guests began lining up bright and early, and by the time our doors opened at 11 a.m., the line wrapped around the building. Over 500 people filed in to celebrate the occasion, watching intently as President Trump and Vice President Vance took the oath of office and delivered remarks. The atmosphere was vibrant, with cheers erupting as the ceremony unfolded on screen.
As the crowd enjoyed the event, our Bar & Grill staff worked tirelessly to serve up delicious food and drinks. From refreshing draft beers to signature entrees like smash burgers, grilled cheese, and whiskey sliders, guests enjoyed a fantastic dining experience at unbeatable prices—just $9.99 per combo!
As Decision Tactical gears up to celebrate our 1st anniversary in February, the success of our Inauguration Watch Party is only the beginning. We look forward to hosting even more events throughout 2025 and beyond!
